Warrington road was already a large family dwelling but our client decided they needed some extra dining and living space. We were commissioned to design a new flat roof extension in order to create a larger dining area and relocating the kitchen further into the property. The introduction of large bi-folding doors to connect the dining space with the garden was at the top of our clients wish list.
