We have been instructed to give this dilapidated family dwelling in Blundellsands a much needed face lift. This property has been left empty for a number of years and the new family want to make this their forever home. Consisting of front and rear extensions we are creating open plan living with spacious bedrooms, each bedroom having an en suite. The client wanted to up the kerb appeal of the dwelling so we have introduced a number of elevational treatments such as cedar and zinc cladding.
